Founded in 1994, Coheris rapidly specialized in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and in 2000, it became a European leader in call centres software. Its first developments were focused on Customer care service, integrating functions from complaint management to sales processing.

Conscious that optimizing third-party relations was the key to improving performance, Coheris acquired HARRYSoftware extending its expertise to analytical CRM and BPM (Business Performance Management). Publisher of a Business Intelligence software suite, the HARRYSoftware product range covers all the business experts needs as well as the distribution of decision-making applications on both the Web and the Intranet.

This acquisition has created a synergy which allows the Coheris Group to offer more precise customer care management solutions, maximizing efficiency through analysis of the Company’s customer care service at all levels of the organization. Decision-making software became a principal area of expertise in the Coheris Group and a major asset vis-à-vis its competitors.

In 2004, the acquisition of FDV Concept, a software publisher specializing in sales force management, performance improvement and merchandising, completed the Coheris range by adding a B2B dimension. Prestigious references of E@sy.sales and E@sy.trade position this solution as one of the major products in the Sales Force Automation field.

Finally, with the acquisition in 2007 of SPAD, a software vendor specializing in data mining and data quality management solutions, the Coheris suite was enriched with predictive analysis abilities strengthening its marketing modules. With the Global Coheris offering, Companies can now anticipate customer behaviours and thus optimize their customer relation management.
